What services do you offer at your salon?
I specialise in colouring, cuts, styling, and keratin treatments, with a focus on blonde and brunette shades for all hair textures. My salon is exclusively for women, ensuring a comfortable and personalised experience.
How can I book an appointment?
Booking is easy! You can DM on socials, email, or use my online booking system to schedule your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
I understand that plans can change. However, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so I can manage my bookings effectively.
What should I do if I'm running late?
Please let me know as soon as possible! Since I run a small business, timing is important. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service to stay on schedule.
What products do you use in the salon?
I use Kaaral products for all colouring, shampoos, conditioners, and styling. I also stock Eleven Australia retail products and use BHave keratin treatments to keep hair healthy and smooth.
What are your payment options?
I accept card and cash payments. Please note that card transactions incur a 1.59% surcharge.
What if I’m not satisfied with my service?
I take great pride in delivering high-quality results and ensuring every client is happy. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 48 hours, and I’ll do my best to make any necessary adjustments. However, refunds are not offered.
Are there any special offers or promotions?
Yes! Check out the package section in my online booking system and follow me on social media for exclusive promotions and giveaways.
What should I do before my hair salon appointment?

No, I only take bookings to ensure every client gets dedicated attention.
Do you offer consultations before a hair service?
Yes! I offer free consultations to discuss your hair goals. You can request an online quote by sending photos via socials or email. Or book a time to chat in-person at the salon—completely free of charge. Don’t forget to bring inspiration photos to help guide the consultation!
